Shipping Policy

This policy covers delivery of orders placed on homebackupsupply.com. Home Backup Supply is operated by Brightmark.

1. Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, to PO boxes, or outside the United States.

2. Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous United States. All prices are in US dollars.

3. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after we confirm the item is in stock. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you by email, and you can choose to wait or cancel.

4. Delivery time

Parcel shipments are estimated to arrive within 5–10 business days after your order ships. Some large items ship by freight carrier, and freight delivery times vary by item and location. All delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, carrier delays or stock availability.

5. Freight deliveries

When your order arrives by freight, please inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Keep all of the original packaging.

6. Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and keep all of the packaging. If a shipment seems lost or is running late, email us with your order number.

7. Order cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge until we have confirmed stock and charged your card. Once your order has shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

8. Returns

Returns can be requested within 30 days of your order date. See our Return and Refund Policy for restocking fees, return shipping and items that cannot be returned.
